We understand that not every purchase will fit just right and returns are sometimes necessary. Because of this, we offer an easy return policy.
To start an eligible return, you can contact us at afarmchickscloset@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items purchased at regular price are eligible for return for store credit if they are received back within 30-days of the original purchase date in the same condition that you received them (unused or unworn with tags attached). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. If your items are returned after than the 30-day allotted time, have been worn or damaged, have deodorant stains, or have tags removed, your items are not eligible for return.
All sale items, bundles, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Please do not attempt to return items that do not qualify.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When your return has been received we will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credits will not be issued until your return is received.
